In Denmark for instance, the National Gallery is showcasing 40,000 works virtually, boosting online visitors by 280%. Modern artist Thyra Hilden's exhibition 'Symmetry' went viral in China! The coronavirus inspired exhibition was showcased on her website. ArtLand.com which showcases pieces from galleries around the world, has seen a 350% increase in visitors, according to an AP report. Auction house Sotheby's too, reported record sales of art amid the pandemic, thanks to technology.
