In a major announcement, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly on Wednesday confirmed that the 2020 Asia Cup has been cancelled. During an online chat with Sports Tak, he said that India has its first full series in December as the Asia Cup has been called-off. Asia's marquee tournament was scheduled to take place in September but dark clouds loomed over its future due to the covid-19 pandemic.
