Should governments start issuing 'immunity passports' to people who have recovered from Covid-19, as a major step towards reopening the economy? An immunity passport would be issued to those who have recovered from the disease and developed antibodies which may protect them from a second bout. The criticisms include discrimination against those who have managed to prevent infection by the Sars-Cov-2 virus, and also the threat of a few false results of antibody tests leading to vulnerable people venturing out.
