A jury in California's court has ruled that pop star, Katy Perry's song 'Dark Horse' has been stolen from a rap titled 'Joyful Noise' sung by Christian rapper Marcus Gray, who performs under the name of 'Flame'. The case will now move to the penalty phase where Perry could face millions or even give up the future earnings of the song.
