Argentina scraped through with a 1-0 win over Uruguay as they collected all three points for the first time in Copa America 2021. Playing their Group A clash against rivals Uruguay, Argentina got their lone goal early in the 1st half when Guido Rodríguez scored in the 13th min of play. The 1-0 win was enough as the 14-time Champions registered their first win of the tournament. The win pushed Lionel Messi's team to the top of Group A as they kept their 32-year-old unbeaten run against Uruguay going.
