Cong blames 'incompatible' PDP-BJP govt for J&K 'mess'

After Union Home Minister Amit Shah pushed for an extension of President's rule in Jammu and Kashmir, Congress leader Manish Tiwari hit back, accusing an incompatible PDP and BJP alliance of being responsible for the state of affairs in the valley.
