COA to SC: BCCI needs Ombudsman, Ethics Officer at earliest

In a report, the Committee of Administrators has told the Supreme Court, that the BCCI need to appoint an Ombudsman, and a Ethics Officer at the earliest. The COA also called for a forensic audit of state cricket associations, before fresh BCCI elections. They added that the ombudsman must be a retired judge or chief justice of a High Court and will deal with acts of 'indiscipline, misconduct, breach'.
