The Indian Express has reported that China has refused to withdraw its troops from Hot Springs and Gogra in eastern Ladakh. Quoting a 'highly-place source', the daily reported that though China had earlier agreed to withdraw troops from these points as part of the disengagement and de-esclation agreement with India, it has now refused to do so.

Indian and Chinese troops and armoured columns had withdrawn on the north and south banks of Pangong Tso and the Kailash range in February.
