Romelu Lukaku is back to the Premier League after Chelsea got his signature for a fee which s reported to be $135 million which is a record transfer fee for the London based club.
The Belgium striker is back at Stamford Bridge from Inter Milan for his 2nd stint. Lukaku spent three seasons at Chelsea from 2011 but was loaned out to Everton for 2 before being sold for almost $35m in 2013.
