Chef Maneet Chauhan opens Indian-street-food inspired restaurant in the US

Indian American chef Maneet Chauhan's new restaurant 'Chaatable' will open today in Nashville, Tennessee. The concept is inspired by our street food- "chaat" and the restaurant decor is a splash of colour from the bangle-filled art, to the food which has a story to tell.The menu has amusing names like O.M.Ghee”(ghee toasted cashews) and “Street ballin’”(potato fritter vada pau). The husband-wife duo aim to emphasise on the regional flavours of India, reminiscing their college days.
