Charges against CJI: NGO moves Delhi HC, wants gag on media

NGO Anti Corruption Council of India has filed a plea in the Delhi High Court asking it to restrain the media from publishing allegations of sexual harassment against Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi. The petition, which will be heard on the 29th of April, seeks immediate restriction on the media from telecasting or publishing allegations till the 3-judge SC panel finishes its enquiry. The plea also sought directions for social media platforms, apart from electronic and print media.
