Barcelona's hopes of making it to the last 16 of the Champions League were dented on Tuesday as Benfica held them to a goalless draw at the Nou Camp.

18-year-old Yusuf Demir, who is now the second-youngest non-Spaniard to start a Champions League match for Barcelona after Lionel Messi, came close to scoring when he hit the crossbar.

While they are now undefeated in their past three group games, Barca has managed just two goals in five Champions League matches this season. They will drop down to the Europa League if Benfica win their final Group E match against Dynamo Kyiv and Barca do not win against Bayern Munich.
