Game developer CD Projekt Red is reportedly set to be sued for allegedly misleading investors about the state of its Cyberpunk 2077 game before its release. A firm called Rosen Law has announced that it's opened a class action lawsuit against CDPR, claiming that it also failed to disclose that the game "was virtually unplayable" on the PS4 and Xbox One consoles due to "an enormous number of bugs." Recent reports have indicated that backlash over the game's launch performance may attract lawsuits from other shareholders as well.
