CBI: Have Centre's sanction to prosecute Chidambaram

The CBI has the told a Delhi Court that it has the necessary sanction needed to prosecute former Union minister P Chidambaram in the Aircel-Maxis case. The Court has however, extended the protection granted to Chidambaram and his son Karti from arrest till the 18th of December.
