Protesting farmers who have been braving tear gas shells and lathis since Tuesday morning have made their way in to Central Delhi. Thousands of farmers made it to the ITO area in the heart of Delhi and up till the Red Fort leading to pitched battles with the cops in the heart of the Capital. A policeman was rescued by the protesting farmers as he came under attack by a section of farmers as they clashed with police in central Delhi. Visuals showed a group of protesters shielding a policeman from being attacked. Farmers earlier junked the pre-decided route for their tractor rally and forced their way into the Capital.
