West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday said that as long as she is alive the Citizenship Amendment Act and National Register of Citizens will not be implemented in the state. Speaking at a programme in Bengal's Naihati, the party chief asked, why people can vote on turning 18 but not have the right to protest.
