A Mumbai court has granted bail to businessman and actor Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra, who was arrested for alleged creation & circulation of pornographic content, on a surety of Rs 50,000.
Raj Kundra was in judicial custody after being arrested on July 19.
The Mumbai police had earlier opposed his bail saying that Kundra's crime is of a serious nature and they are still investigating the case.
The police had argued Kundra would continue to upload obscene videos if he is granted bail.
Kundra's aide Ryan Thorpe has also been granted bail
