BYJU'S co-founder, Byju Raveendran doesn't feature in the Hurun India Rich List 2023. This after a series of valuation markdowns by investors in the edtech company.

In the Hurun India Rich List 2022, Raveendran's personal wealth was valued at $3.3 billion. However, a series of markdowns by investors, including BlackRock, led to a decline in BYJU'S valuation from $22 billion to $8.4 billion.

Others who made it to the list include Radha Vembu, the product manager of Zoho Mail and the owner of a majority stake in Zoho Corporation, at number 40 with a wealth of Rs 36,000 crore.

Zerodha's Nithin Kamath features at rank 42 with a net worth of Rs 35,300 crore, while his brother Nikhil Kamat comes in at number 81 with Rs 23,100 crore.

The youngest on the list was Kaivalya Vohra, the co-founder of Zepto at the age of 20.

The average age of Indian entrepreneurs on the Rich List was 41, with a cumulative wealth of Rs 423,600 crore. Last year, the total net worth of about 100 Indian entrepreneurs on the list was Rs 5,06,000 crore and an average age of 40. In 2022, about 65 founders of 37 unicorns made it to the list.
