PM Modi's gifts on auction: Find out how much they cost and how you can own these items

Gifts and mementos received by Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently have been displayed as part of an exhibition at the National Gallery of Modern Arts in the national capital. The items are also being put up for e-auction, the proceeds of which will go towards the Namami Gange initiative. 

150 of these items are already on display while the rest are available on the official auction website pmmementos.gov.in.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared some of the items that would be auctioned and said these are a “testament to the rich culture, tradition, and artistic heritage of India". The proceeds will support the Namami Gange initiative.

PM Modi’s gifts: The Price Tag

According to the auction website, a painting of the Banaras Ghat is being sold at the highest price of Rs 64.8 lakh. Other mementos, including 900 paintings, indigenous handicrafts, intricate sculptures among other items, range from Rs 100 to over Rs 64 lakh.
