Freshers who received offer letters from LTIMindtree in 2022, are still waiting to get onboarded.

As per reports, LTIMindree has requested that freshers who are currently awaiting onboarding join a new training program, which is anticipated to affect 700–800 workers.

These freshers were issued an email explaining that their only option is to accept the new programme.

According to the email issued by the corporation, a six- to seven-week training session dubbed "IGNITE" will be available to them to help them hone their talents.

Freshers must, however, pass an assessment programme after finishing the programme with a score of at least 60% on each of the three programme milestones to graduate.

Although the corporation has requested for responses by April 12, if workers opt to decline, the offer letter they received from the company will be automatically cancelled.

This may possibly be a result of the two corporations merging, according to Business Standard. Before the firms' real merger had started, the offers were made. In November 2022, the two businesses, LTI and Mindtree, successfully merged.
