Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's big comeback film Pathaan was released on OTT platform on March 22. The film's sole OTT collaborator is Amazon Prime Video.
According to Times Now, Amazon Prime Video paid ₹100cr for the rights.
With Pathaan, which also features Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the main roles, Khan made his comeback in a full-fledged role. The superstar last appeared with Anushka Sharma in the 2018 movie Zero.
Pathaan, which was directed by Siddharth Anand, follows Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), and War in the YRF Spy Universe. (2019).
Pathaan was released on January 25 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu and has earned the highest ever collection, over Rs 1000 crore, at the box office, worldwide.
