Billionaire Mukesh Ambani sells luxurious Manhattan property worth Rs 74.5 crore: Report

Billionaire Mukesh Ambani is selling a luxurious residence worth Rs 74.5 crore ($9 Million) in Manhattan's West Village, reported New York Post. As per the report, this residence is recognised as Superior Ink. 

This residence which is located at 400 W. 12th St spans an area of 2,406 square feet. The place boasts of 2 bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms and offers a beautiful view of the Hudson River. The distinguishing features of the place includes 10-foot-high ceilings, exquisite herringbone hardwood floors, noise-resistant windows, and an impeccably designed chef’s kitchen.

Superior Ink over a period of years have had celebrities like Hilary Swank, Jimmie Johnson and  Marc Jacobs, Leslie Alexander as its residents. Leslie Alexander got a raw-space penthouse for $25.46 million and sold it to Space Tourist Mark Shuttleworth for $31.5 million in 2010.

The building which was constructed in 2009 has got a lounge, fitness centre with a dedicated yoga/Pilates room, a children’s play area, and even a designated space for bicycles melding contemporary amenities with historical origins.
