Burger King IPO to open on Dec 2; trades at 40% premium in grey market

Burger King India on Friday set a price band of ₹59-60 per share for its ₹810 crore initial public offering (IPO) opening on December 2. Burger King's IPO will consist of fresh issue of equity shares amounting to ₹450 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹360 crore by the promoter QSR Asia. Investors can bid for a minimum one lot of 250 equity shares. Burger King traded at over 40% premium in the grey market ahead of its public offering.
