Three months after Sushant Singh Rajput's sudden demise, in another unfortunate Sunday, an aspiring 26-year-old actor Akshat Utkarsh from Muzaffarpur, passed away at his residence in Mumbai's Andheri area. Like SSR, Akshat had come to Mumbai to pursue his acting dreams.
According to Amboli police officials, Akshat allegedly died by suicide as he was depressed due to lack of work amid the pandemic.
In striking similarity to the SSR death case, Akshat's family, has dismissed the depression narrative claiming that the aspiring actor was murdered. The family have also alleged police negligence.
Reportedly, the Accidental Death Record (ADR) has been registered and preliminary enquiry and autopsy report do not indicate any foul play.
