Boycott Air Asia India is trending on Twitter after Youtuber Gaurav Taneja, a former pilot with the airline posted a detailed video telling the story behind his sudden suspension amid the Covid-19 pandemic. In the video, Taneja raised objections against the company's HR department saying that they have an ''unfavourable'' sick leave policy. He recalled an incident where he was asked to report for work even after being sick. Gaurav added in his video that if a pilot is not feeling well, he/she cannot fly the plane as it then endangers the lives of people on board. Gaurav also revealed that the airline did not seriously follow the safety guidelines during Covid-19 outbreak. He said that he even shared his worries on many of the company's WhatsApp groups which were ignored. Gaurav Taneja also known as the Flying Beast enjoys a massive following on YouTube where he has over 2.8 million subscribers.
