‘Black snow’ sparks health fears in Siberia

'Black snow' caused by a local coal processing factory covered a town in Siberia on Sunday as thousands feared for their health. The town is home to one of the world's largest coal fields. Excess coal dust has lead to discolouring of the snow which is considered to be toxic.
