Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said in Rajya Sabha on Thursday  that an agreement had been reached with China on disengagement at Pangong lake even as he reiterated there shouldn't be an attempt to change the status unilaterally, by any party. India-China will remove forward deployments in a phased, coordinated manner, Rajnath Singh said and added joint patrolling will be suspended till diplomatic engagement and mutual agreement. .
