Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda has shared a video in which she spoke about her own struggle with anxiety.
Talking about how she dealt with anxiety, Navya revealed that surrounding herself with the people who motivate her and make her feel good, helped her a lot in fighting it.She also said that she now knows the things that make her hit the rock bottom.
She further added that reality shows like Indian Matchmaking help her de-stress.
