To find help for a Covid positive person, Union minister Vijay Kumar Singh triggered a controversy. Singh took to Twitter to find a bed for a Covid positive person in his constituency, Ghaziabad.

However, his tweet was viewed as a sign of poor healthcare infrastructure in the country and created a debate on social media.

Singh deleted his tweet and in a new post informed that the patient's bed requirement was sorted by the local administration and UP chief minister’s office.
