A Delhi court on Monday pronounced Ariz Khan, along with his accomplices, guilty of killing inspector Mohan Chand Sharma in the Batla House encounter which took place in the national capital in September 2008.
Thirty-five-year-old Khan was arrested by the Special Cell of the city police in February 2018 after being on the run for 10 years. The arguments on sentencing will be held on March 15.
