Apple has launched its latest Watch Series 6 smartwatch, complete with new sensors and functionality. Series 6 features a new blood oxygen monitoring system, or pulse oximetry, that measures the saturation level of oxygen in a person's blood stream. Apart from that, there's also new always-on altimeter, and the always-on display from the Series 5 is now 2.5x brighter. The Series 6 runs on a dual core processor called the S6, that's based on Apple's A13 Bionic chip. Available in four colours and with new buckle-less solo straps, the new smartwatch can also be used by family members that don't have an iPhone, as long as local carriers offer the feature. The new Apple Watch Series 6 starts at ₹40,900 for the GPS-only model, while the GPS + cellular model starts at ₹49,900. However, availability for the Indian market has not been announced yet.
