An instruction manual for the Apple II computer, inscribed and signed by Steve Jobs in 1980, has been sold in an auction for $787,484, or around ₹5.85 crore.
Jim Irsay, who owns the American football team Indianapolis Colts, purchased the document. The 196-page manual is signed by Jobs and former Apple CEO Mike Markulla.

Jobs had also written a personal message for the then-recipient, the son of a colleague, which reads “Julian, your generation is the first to grow up with computers. Go change the world!”
In March, Jobs’ handwritten job application was auctioned off for around ₹1.6 crore.
