A US court granted Apple a temporary restraining order against a man who has allegedly been stalking CEO Tim Cook since September 2019. According to court filings, Rakesh “Rocky” Sharma, a 41-year-old San Francisco man, twice broke into Cook’s house in Silicon Valley, left “disturbing” voicemails and also tagged the Apple executive in multiple tweets containing "sexualised" and "inappropriate" photos. The order expires on March 3, when a hearing is scheduled to take place.
