Actor Anupam Kher broke his silence on his portrayal of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the upcoming film 'The Accidental Prime Minister'. The 63-year-old actor said it was his career's most difficult role and the film should be India's entry to the Oscars. On the controversy surrounding the film, Kher said, it was an important story in the nation's political landscape and needed to be told. "If we make a film on the issue of Jallianwala Bagh or The Holocaust or any historic incident, we can't change the history or the facts. That's what we have done here", he said.
