An all-female artist group to reinvent the iconic Lady Dior bag

It's all about women empowerment at Dior ever since artistic director Maria Grazia Chiuri came on board. She recently handpicked a team of 11 female artists to reinvent the iconic Lady Dior handbag as a part of Dior’s Lady Art Project. Some of the artists include American artist Mickalene Thomas, re-imagining the bag taking inspiration from her own life. Sculptor Polly Apfelbaum and Colombian artist Olga de Amaral are among the other artists.
