After Auli garbage catastrophe will court refund ₹3 cr deposit?

The Uttarakhand High Court will hear the issue of refund of ₹3 crore security deposit by the Gupta brothers with the Chamoli district administration on July 8. Before the high-profile wedding of their sons, South Africa-based businessmen brothers Ajay and Atul Gupta had deposited the money as per the court's orders. Officials collected 240 quintals of garbage from the site, using 3 to 4 trucks daily following the wedding at the ski resort. Officials maintain there was no environmental damage and the wedding site will be cleaned by June 30.
