Abu Dhabi adds a new camel cavalry to its police force

Camels are the latest additions to the Abu Dhabi Police Force. Symbolic of the Emirati heritage, the camel cavalry is called 'Hajana' and will contribute towards maintaining safety and security in the region. Police officers have been trained to work with camels to prevent crime. The camel patrols can be spotted roaming in the city as well as the desert areas.
