The rumours of AB de Villiers coming out of retirement have been put to rest by Cricket South Africa once and for all. In a statement the board said that the discussions with de Villiers have concluded with the batsman deciding that his retirement will remain final.
There were talks of ABD returning to the international stage for the World T20 later this year, but Mr. 360 hasn't been picked in Proteas' squad fo their upcoming T20 series vs the West Indies.
37-year-old de Villiers had decided to retire from international cricket in 2018 but continued to play T20 leagues including the IPL.
