A nationwide survey conducted by parenting platform ParentCircle has found that parents are in no hurry to send their children back to school amid the health crisis. 92% of the 12,000 respondents from cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, said don't want to send their child to school immediately upon reopening.
56% of parents said they will wait at least a month after schools reopen to access the situation before sending their children to school. In addition to this, 50% said they are unwilling to allow their children to play with their friends immediately after relaxation.
