The New York State Attorney General Letitia James has appointed Joon Kim, a former acting US attorney for the Southern District of New York, and Anne Clark, an employment discrimination lawyer, to lead the investigation into sexual harassment allegations made against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Both, Kim and Clark have experience handling high-profile cases involving men accused of abusing their power. Andrew Cuomo is facing sexual harassment allegations by five women, most of them former aides, however, the governor denied all the allegations and has maintained that he had never inappropriately touched or propositioned anyone.
